Şagin Dovarov (Hezeri: Шaxiн Дoвaрoв; 1990-) is a Hezeri politician. He was born in Surdar, Hezeristan. Dovarov was born on the 11th March of 1990. His father was a converted Muslim Russian noble, Batyr Dovarov. His mother, Lara Tovkov, and her father (Bassan Tovkov) were Russian nationals. In 1994, he was ordained a circumcision in supervision of a Mufti. His name means an eagle.
Dovarov studied in Turkmenistan between 2018 and 2019, earning his degree in foreign relations. He was the youngest government politician.
